ZeroScope X-Y mode “breaking” 3D plane when outputting both channels

I just received my ZeroScope today and I noticed that the X-Y scope seems to break the 3D plane when outputting both channels to my 1U Stereo Out/1U Headphone tiles.

I get the beautiful X-Y animations until plugging in my outputs and then it just turns into a 2D line. I’ve tried changing the time, compensation, and offset but I don’t see any differences.

I searched through the manual but I’m not sure if I’ve missed something explaining that this is normal or if I’ve run into an issue.

That should not happen. Please contact
