I’m shopping for a cycling envelope or two, and it would be nice if I could reproduce the Make-Your-Own-Mangrove formant synthesis trick, which I believe requires your function generator to ignore trigger signals if it’s already begun its attack phase:
Not sure what you mean by retrigger during attack, do you mean if the trig input is used in addition to the gate? or just the gate input?
If you release the gate input (or button) during the attack phase, the envelope will enter the release phase. If the gate input goes high again during the release phase, the envelope will enter the attack phase again and start rising.
