Whine and Hum from Metropolis

Hi, My metropolis is emitting a loud whining hum noise of two constant notes

Is there anything I can do to get it to stop this, I’ve isolated the problem to this unit and when I take it out of the rack the issue disappears - it’s like its an internal hum in the power of the rack caused by this unit.

Any help appreciated

Sorry, false alarm, the problem is when the beatstep sequencer is connected - which is connected to the computer.

However, whilst I’m on here - I have always had a problem with this sequencer where the bpm that it emits in internal mode is no where near the same as actual bpm, , it’s a good 4 or 5 out, any ideas?
