TPS80W Max versions

I just purchased a used 104 7U Performance Case that has v2 audio jacks, so I assumed was a recent build, but the power supply (TPS80W Max rev 001) has unshrouded headers which suggests its older. Is the only difference in the newer power boards the shrouded headers, or are there other differences to be aware of?

There are slight variations in layout, but spec-wise everything should be the same!
