Had my 1U steppy for about a year, impeccable performance until a couple of days ago, step 15 (save button) started to work on and off. Sometimes not at all then a day without issues, then back to sometimes. Must be a hardware. As I am in Australia (sending to be fixed is a nightmare unless nationally) is there a master reset which could fix it or is it just a bad contact?
Hey @GaryPHayes I would try cleaning the switch with a Q-tip and some isopropyl! Dab it from the side (under the panel) and rapidly press the switch for a couple seconds. If the issue persists, hit me up at support@intellijel.com
