Rainmaker pitch shift knob seems to be out of order

Hi

My Rainmaker

the pitch shift knob seems to be out of order

when I turn it

it always goes back to the zero / middle position with the value

not the entire knob of course

when I release the knob

I can push the knob in with a little force and it will hold the pitch shift until I release

then it goes back to the zero / middle position of the pitch shiftings pitch pitching

Sounds like you may have pitch shift assigned to a mod destination? Have you tried a different preset?

yeah

no

there are no mod destinations

so it can not be that

yes I have tried different presets

and I make my own presets

it can not be that pitch shift is assigned to a mod destination because there are nothing assigned to any mod destination in the preset currently

and now I have tried different preset with non of them with a pitch shift assigned to any mod destination

still the same

I suggest contacting support@intellijel.com as it seems it could be a hardware issue
