This is mostly a bug fix release, with a lot of under-the-hood rearrangement to prepare for future improvements.

- CHANGE: Envelopes are linked via gates, not trigs. Allows triggering of AHR envelopes by linking to a previous envelope.

- FIXED: Slightly longer minimum attack and decay times. Fixes modulation of some waveform types when at minimum.
