I’m getting
No DFU capable USB device available
I made sure it’s plugged in and the lights on the Quadrax was different once in DFU mode.
Tried both Mac and PC
I would try another cable, make sure the module is connected directly to the computer (no hubs).
Those are the most common issues, the updater can be a bit picky with cables, even ones that work for other things.
Also be sure to hold the top two buttons while powering on Quadrax.

The process worked without a problem and the aliasing is (almost) gone.
