Plonk screen remains blank after time-out

Hi. My Plonk’s screen remains blank after the 15 minute period. It only comes back if I restart the unit. Does anyone have any idea as to what may be happening?

Did you get this sorted yet? If not, my first suggestion is updating the firmware to the most current version. You can find it in the firmware updater, located here: Support - intellijel
