Hello! I just purchased a midi 1u and CVx and I am having trouble configuring the devices. I have tried connecting with the configuration application on both a mac and a pc via both midi, and usb cables. The result is the same with both computers and different cables. The app connects for about 5 seconds and then times out.
Are you using it on Windows or a Mac? Unplugging, clicking refresh devices, then replugging and clicking refresh devices again seems to help it connect and be more stable.
