I’ve written somewhere that does not happen with buffered outputs so just mult your trigger to active mult and that’s the workaround

That makes sense. I don’t have any mults yet (about to buy one right now), but when I plugged the Pulse out directly into the Trig in, the S&H also stopped resampling during the fall of the internal clock.
Of course, this is a workaround but it’s probably something I would do anyways to share the clock if I wanted it to be a primary clock ultimately.
