Knob removal

just got a quadrax, some of the knobs on here are grinding pretty hard on the nut and need to be reset, this module was a friday afternoon assembly haha. I dont want to damage anything removing these, are these d shaft knobs that pull straight off or does the white indicator cap pry off to expose a set screw? This is a brand new quadrax purchased from new inventory this week.

All of our knobs are D-Shaft so you should be able to gently pull them off. Wrapping a cable around the base can be helpful with getting them off. The cap is a separate part, so you can remove it with a fine edge if you want to realign it.

Tire levers also can work well, just avoid metal tools as they’ll scratch the panel.
