µJack issue

Hey there.

I’m having a slight issue with my µJack. I’ve had the thing since August last year, and the last couple of weeks, I’ve noticed that the right channel has a tendency to cut out every once in a while unless I fiddle with the patch cables. I’ve tried using other cables to leave out them being the issue at hand. Anyone else experiencing this? or am I just unlucky and have a faulty unit in my rack?

I had a uJack at some point in time (new), and it would behave a bit strange as well. It turned out that the PCB was bent, because the (stereo) pot was too tightly attached to the front panel. Discussed it with Danjel, and he suggested to remove the nut holding the pot. Behaved correctly afterwards.
