Hello! I’m building up my 7u case and I have an issue with my brand new Quadra when I connect it with its expander. When connected ENV1 doesn’t work anymore, it’s staying open with its led on. You can have a look on the vid:

PS: the only way to reset ENV1 is (strangely) to connect the gate signal to the ENV1 output.
try flicking both switches on the expander to the left. if that doesn’t help, email support@intellijel.com for help

It looks like it could possibly be caused by bad cables that connect from the Quadra to expander, I’m in contact with the support team.
