Hi I am trying to update my scales module.
I have downloaded the package and have installed the tiny driver for win8
When i go to program the scales module in bootloader mode i get errors …
==> Error occurred during update.
Invalid DFU suffix signature
A valid DFU suffix will be required in a future dfu-util release!!!
No DFU capable USB device available
Is this a problem with win8.1 ?

I dont even see a USB device when connecting the module … wierd !

The DFU error just means that your computer is not detecting the device and it can be caused by a number of things. Sometimes different USB cables or ports can do the trick, sometimes USB hubs or other connected devices can confuse things.
hmm ok thankyou … i will try some more options … am using two hubs but both dont recognise the module when plugged in … will try without hub and see ! cheers
