What fuse rating does the power supply for a 7U 104hp case need.?

Mine came with an adapter on the European power cord an I would like to change this to an UK plug.

You shouldn’t need to change the fuse, it’s all internal to the AC-DC adapter power brick. You can just swap out the IEC cable.

If you look at the label for the input specs, it handles 100-240VAC input 50/60 Hz. It should work anywhere in the world with the right IEC cable on the end.
