Hey guys, I have two Dixies II+ and one of them has the Fine knob behaving in a different way. Instead of fine tuning it does something like plus/minus a few octaves, which makes it impossible to tune it.
Is there a calibration process that needs to be done to set it correctly?

Sounds like something may be wrong with the module, possibly it’s miscalibrated. Please email support@intellijel.com and provide details about the problem. They should be able to help you out!
