When I rebooted my cascadia into update mode I had my headphones on and was BLASTED with an insanely loud high pitched noise, definitely might want to add a warning to the updater notes as one of the steps to unplug headphones or turn the volume all the way down!

Will add a note to the updater. I would recommend not having any speakers or headphones turned up or connected when updating any instrument firmware.
