Can I replicate what this module is doing with a Quadrax?

I found this video on the Vermona fourMulator which seems to be 4 synched but out of phase outputs pushing out triggers.

I’m wondering if I can get some or all of this functionality using Quadrax instead?

With the Qx/Gx you are get a pair of trigger outs for each channel based on rise fall positions, but Quadrax always syncs the phase to the clock, it does not have a phase control. Channels can be linked to a single clock input and have different multiplications and divisions, so you could get a similar, but different, effect.
