Audio Line in (R) stopped working on 7U case

I’ve got a 7U 84HP case, the right audio line input has stopped working. Left line in works fine as so does the audio outputs. Strangely the indicator light will flash when turing on or plugging in a cable. Have tried different audio sources and cables. Also reseated the internal ribbon cables. Hope someone can help, thanks

i was informed the module was faulty, and had to buy a new unit. sigh
