Atlantis external in

Hey,

Just got my Atlantis and noticed that the slider for the external in emits crackles and pops. Is there a fix for this or do I need to send it back?

I didn’t buy it directly from you. I bought it from Thomann. Should I go through them?

It’s up to you. Our support techs will be better able to determine if the Atlantis is defective. If it does need to be repaired or replaced, dealing directly with Thomann might be faster.

Ok. I’ll start with thomann and hear what they say since it probably needs to go through them if I need to send it back.

Is there anything connected to the input?

It’s both connected and just with the sine wave. It cuts out and glitches when you wiggle it. Seems like from your support team it seems like a batch of faulty sliders.
