1U tile won't fit into palette

Hi, new palette user here.
I just got my first 1U module, a stereo line out.
I was having problems getting it into the 1U row, there was a bit of excess pcb material at the separation points which I had to file down to get through. Now it seems the front panel itself slightly too tall to fit snugly into the rails.

Is there something wrong with my palette or the module?

UPDATE: I was able to solve this by adjusting the rails using the screws on the side of the case.

I was about to tell you to loosen the screws on the sides of the rails, put some modules between the rails and tighten them again. Glad you worked it out
